Stance is perfect IMO, just some meatier tires in the back. I'm loving this setup right now...Do you have much room for the 275's in the rear?

There is plenty of room for 275s. No rubbing whatsoever.

But with +12 offset in the rear? The +12 9.5 has more concavity than the +20 9.5 correct?

I've usually been a fan of a clean 5 spoke wheel or a nice mesh (but a pain to clean). These wheels fit the Z great. It's a clean look, somewhat different, and they aren't heavy. Aggressive and elegant at the same time.

Well if thats the case, than maybe 18x9.5 +20F and 18x9.5+12R would look better and fitment would be easier.

The Emotion with a 18x9.5 +12 WILL rub in the rear, badly in fact, with a 275/40 - once the fenders are rolled, no problem at all. Even the 18x9.5 +20 will rub with some brand tires of the 275/40/18 size (as evidenced by my own car). No amount of rear camber fixed my rubbing (had it up to 4 degrees, which also puts toe way out of spec, still rubbed occassionally with me in the car, and rubbed over ever bump with a passenger). Once I rolled the fenders, it never rubbed again, and I was able to dial back to my preferred 2 degrees rear camber and perfect toe. Rideheight, camber and the exact tire you run (not the size, but the specific tire) will determine rubbing vs not rubbing.

the 9.5 +12 and 9.5 +20 have the same spokes, same pad height and as a result, same amount of concavity

i just thought the offset was the factor that determining the degree of concavity....

The pad height and offset together determine concavity, just as they determine lip width - the two go hand in hand

Well if thats the case, do you even reccommend 18x9.5 +12 all around? Also this has nothing to do with CR Kai's but Do you happen to know all the size and offset options for XD9's? I can't seem to find them on their website.

recommend? depends what you want

If you want a wheel that sits as far out to the arches as possible, then yes, they are great. You will need fender mods, and you may be limited on tire choice - only you can decide if the plusses outweight the minusses.

As for the XD9, here you go

17x7.5 +50, +42, +32
17x8.5 +42, +32, +25
17x9.5 +44, +38, +28, +17

18x8 - +45, +35, +28
18x9 - +43, +38, +30, +20
18x10 - +38 +18

I Like the look of smellslikecurry's car but with just a fatter tire in the back. You said fender mods, I assume just rolling the rears? This may be impossible but 18x10 +18 in the front are probably not going to fit without extensive fender mods, right?

18x10 +18 will have the same fender clearence as a 18x9.5 +12 up front.

smellslikecurry, looking good. quick question, you think you have enough room for some 255/35/18s up front? I was planning on running this tire size on my 18x10 +18 xd9s all around.
