Default help with tire size question

this is in regard to going up a size in rims/tires. if the overall diameter is larger than stock, will my speedometer and odometer read higher than actual or lower than actual?
thanks

Yup. The normal recommended size upgrades are pretty close to the OEM sizes so you can maintain the stagger and mileage/speed readings.
