Has anybody had any issues with their wheels getting scratched when they went to get an alignment? Sorry im a noob when it comes to the subject of alignment.

Is there anything to worry about? I have Tein S-techs on my Z and i also have Volk GTC rims as well. I was just concerned when i heard there is a machine that clamps onto the rim.

 

ask the shop before you make an appointment to go in and ask about it. most experienced places will use a padding of some sort so you don't get scratches. or just ask some local folks where to go.
