Unfortunately polished lips without clearcoat will be a pain to keep clean.

the best way to clean these wheels is with soap and water, if you start putting after market cleaning products you eat away at the clear coat, these wheels do have a clear coat on them. I sell these wheels, and i have driven on these wheels and they are pretty good. (not just because i sell them) but i just recommend that you use soap and water and you shouldn;t have any problems.

yeah you really shouldn't have to wax and polish them everytime you wash your car....unless you wash your car like once a month. My volks i can just take a wet cloth and wipe them down and they shine like crazy. You should be able to do the same
