Are the H&R 15mm spacer universal for both front and rear? Some guy I want to buy the spacers from says he has 2 pairs, and he is saying he only has rear studs only.

That is wierd because there shouldn't be a difference in studs for front and rear, correct?

 

Should fit the front as well.

Maybe he thinks it only fits the rears because of that "dummy bolt" on the fronts.

 

There isn't a difference, but you need the longer studs to run the spacers. I assume he means he only has the studs for one set of spacers, you would need to buy another set somewhere else.
