Default Question on custom wheels, dealers please chyme in...

I really have no idea where this thread belongs, so mods, feel free to move this.
I have decided on a car that I am going to switch to, a Pontiac GTO. I went on the GTO boards and wheels-wise I saw mostly 2 extremes, either crap I wouldn't use, or some ultra-$$$ setups like CCW or Privat. This board has much more traffic, more sponsors that deal with rims, so I am trying it here. Plus I like the wheel offerings of the imports' scene quite a bit more.
So here is my question:
If I specified a diameter, bolt pattern, offset and width, which companies would be able to make me a custom wheel set? My budget would run around 3000-3500 for a set of 17" wheels/tyres.
Anyone with helpful info, thank you in advance.

EDIT***wrong sub-forum.

CCW and Privat are not particularly expensive wheels. In fact Privat are downright inexpensive

can easily be done though. We are a dealer for Simmons for example, which makes custom 3 piece wheels in Australia. I run a set on my 280ZX that were built to spec and are completely awesome

$3000-3500 for a set of custom wheels is more than doable

I'd look for something from Work Wheels.

5x120 bolt pattern right? Tons of options, 2 or 3 piece

I like this idea. I already have decided on Pedders suspension, DBA brake discs, and eventually "something else" from "some other Australian company" . With the Simmons wheels, I can actually do a Holden Monaro conversion and still not look dumb.
That's like, "mad AU-DM tyte, yo!"

Do you mean just the rims or the whole wheel/tyre combo?

i guess you could probably squeeze tires into that budget, but depends on brand and size

i was saying 3000-3500 for wheels only would be enough for a custom set
