All volks are rays, not all rays are volks.

Rays Engineering makes Volks, Gram Lights, G-Games, Eco Drives, Nismo wheels...... and also spacers, lugs...

So no, no all rays are considered volks

Dude alot of wheels are made by rays. Volk is a brand. Does it say Volk on your wheels or not?

^^^Na, i still have them...Its hard to find someone I like more than those, but the few wheels I was looking at were the new TE37 SL's, VSXX's, or maybe some SP3's...For now, I still have them though...(Its not that I dislike the RE30's because I love them, I just want to change things up...I guess I'm a wheel ***** in the making haha...)
