Yes I would think so. If you installed the wheels without them, then you are relying on the lugs seating into the 60 degree seats to center the wheel, which is not reliable. I ended up buying 73.1 mm OD / 66.1 mm ID hub centering rings so hopefully they fit in the LE28's.

My turn! Just installed tonight, LE28n gloss black, 19x9.5 +22 front, 19x10.5 +22 rear, 255/35/19 and 285/35/19 Toyo T1R. Will get better shots hopefully this weekend if the weather permits. I'm still trying to get used to black on black, since my previous wheels were silver w/ polished lip. I sure hope I get used to it ... :

Finally resized my pics to fit. GT-S in Gunmetal with custom brushed lips matching the door handles. +17 and +18 offsets in 19's with Nitto Neo Gens holding up suprisingly well.

SIR_pierre,

I believe one of the more reputable vendors here: www.mynismo.com sell the touch up paint for your wheels.

Personally, I'd take it back to the shop and have them pay for the repair if possible... I work for a local tire shop and if any of my techs did that to your wheel, it would be sent to be repainted or a check cut out to you for you to get it taken care of. That definitely looks like a mounting issue imo. Goodluck in whatever happens
