19x10.5 offset 28 and 19x12.5 offset 29 Would this even fit a Z???

10.5 upfront will be really tough
i can't think of anybody who runs that size in the front
the rear may be possible with an extreme strech tire and extreme camber
again don't know anyone who runs that set up on stock bodied z

do it
atleast the rest of us will know for sure

get more power, lot of metal and rubber there. edit:if they fit of course. you would be running at least a 275 up front. are you for real?

They definetly won't fit without a widebody kit.
