Default Volk GTS, which pad? High, mid, low?

I know this has been covered...and i've done a search on it already...but the problem is, I'm ordering the rims...today...and the guy wanted me to call him back as soon as I got back to the office and let him know which one I needed. I can't find it?!!!?!?

Can someone please tell me...

Volk GTS....19x9.5 +17 fronts and 19x10.5 +18 rears....if i want to be able to clear a BBK...i probably need to get the High pad option...right? Does this make the lip smaller?

I'm not exactly sure which rear bbk i am going to go with...or front for that matter. I like the Stoptech 14" all around...but you can get that new wilwood that's a little smaller all around for alot cheaper...i guess i should just assume that i'm going to go w/ the biggest to account for safety...

Does this effect the size of the lip on the rim? If i accept going w/ smaller BBK, or none at all in the rear, will i be able to have a bigger lip?

I'm pretty sure that with the pre-determined size and offsets of your wheels your
"pad" selections will be fixed. The 19 x 19.5 +17 is only made in the A pad, which is the high pad (max brake clearance). The 19 x 10.5 +18 is only made in the C pad (low brake clearance, but max lip).
