I just got a set and noticed they have a little texture to them. I am used to using wheel wax on my wheels, but don't want to mess these up by getting wax in the grooves. Has anyone tried to wax these wheels? or is it not a good idea?

just use quick detailer, that's all I use on my wheels. It's clearcoat safe, so there's no trouble. If you have some brake dust that's being a PIA to get off, use soapy water (with auto soap, NEVER use dish soap), and use a sponge, your wheels should be cool with it. The bronze ones hold up VERY well....

 

They are powder coated so you don't wax them.
