Has anyone received their wheels yet? Everytime I call I hear they are going to shipwithin a day or two but they never ship! Anone having the same problems??? It's going on 10+ weeks and still no wheels.

 

i ordered mine 2 weeks ago. i hope it doesn't take longer than the expected 3 to 5 weeks. otherwise i'll be ordering through one of their distributors. i was already offered a better deal but, i don't want to undercut vince like that. we'll see, he told me to call him in two weeks to check the status.

some guys have gotten their wheels already though.

 

Vince seems like a really nice guy, but I just hate that I hear the same story every week.

 

mine were supposed to ship by friday, will call on monday to check. but we need to remember, these are made to order, and he did have a pretty big run from the group buy.

 

When I originally placed my order (first week of February), Vince indicated that my wheels could be here by now. I actually gave instructions for my wheels not to be shipped until 3-15 (today) because I was out of town.

When I called to confirm my shipment yesterday, Vince told me that they had not even started making my wheels yet. What???

Based on what he told me, they would work on them this coming week. I expected to have them on my car by the time of the Z drive at the end of the month. My tires are already on the way here. Vince has seemed pretty straight forward on the phone so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. I just hope that he can get the wheels to me before March 28th.

If not, I may have to reconsider my order...

 

since you ordered the same wheels I did (only a different offset), I may have seen you wheels at the painters late Thurs night. Actually I may have had 2 of yours loaded in my car before we double checked to make sure all 4 wheels where actually mine, turns out 2 of them were NOT. I ended up leaving my wheels at the painters to get finished "color sanded", they saiD they would be done the next day, but I am going to pick them up and get them mounted all at the same time (this tues). will post pix soon

ONE THING IS FOR SURE, THEY LOOK GREAT!!!! I saw lots of wheels while i was at the factory and the painters, all of them looked AWESOME.

btw, Vince has always been up front and hasn't tried to cover anything up when things didn't happen as quickly as they could have, he has been up front about it (unlike many retailers now days).

I've called every Monday for the last 3 weeks, because they tell me that my wheels are shipping the same Friday. No wheels yet. This past Monday I asked Vince if my wheels were even made yet, and he told me yes and that he had seen my order just recently. I ordered mine on 2/2. I will be calling again this Friday, and if not sent I will confront Vince w/the delay.

 

i'm hoping i don't have to get to that point. some guys have been getting theirs and they look sweet. i wish i could see a pick with the wheels that i ordered. 20" Evos.

 

I spoke to Vince yesterday.

He stated that since I have brembos they were waiting for a longer path, which is why they are taking longer. Some technical term which I have no idea about

He said that mine will be ready in 1.5 - 2 weeks.

 

I think you meant a longer pad. thats the part that bolts onto the hub, since the brembos stick out a little further.
