Nice job! you can get the same effect with silver paint...just clean off the excess with a clean damp rag. I did this with my brake & battery covers in my engine bay. BTW it also works great on tomb stones..just paint over the recessed lettering and wipe off the excess. It does not take much time at all!

does "hella cold" answer the question? haha. With wind chill, it's not uncommon to get temperatures of around -30,-40degs C, which comes out to be around -22 to -40F.
