does my tire fits for this rim??

my tire is 245, 45, 18 for real
225 45 18 for front

and my rim is 18 x 8.5 and ET:20 CB:73 for front
18 X 9.5 and ET 20 CB:73 for real?

I bought my rims like last week but my friend just got new tires

so he gave me his tire. so i wanna make sure it would fit or not..

It will work if you dont mind the tires stretching a little.

I just talked to a guy that stretched 225 on a 9 inch wide rim. It was pretty stretched but it worked.

I didn't have to stretch a 275mm wide tire on an 8.5 inch wide rim.....

So there was NO way a 225 tire was any where NEAR stretched on a 9 inch wide wheel.

You guys got mixed up by the OP inverting the front to rear order of detail his setup...

He's going 225 on 8.5 and 245 on 9.5.

The rear rim is too wide for a 245/45R18 tire...
