i would deffinatley forked out 250-300 and had them powdercoated... you can find placed that do wheels for 50bux a piece, small price to pay for long lasting results. That paint wont hold up long...
Looks like it turned out good, but I've never been a fan of all black wheels. I agree with the guy on the first page that said it looks like a bunch of spares. I don't care if they're Volk, Work, SSR, whatever expensive and lightweight wheel anyone mentions, if they are all black, they look like steelies.

Like i said earlier, its not a money issue. It's more of a "I dont have stock wheels" issue, so I took it upon myself to paint them. If they chip I guess i'll be forced to somehow powdercoat them which I don't mind.
BTW Here is the RS concept.
it looks like you lost all your hubcaps!!
i just tease.
it really helps on the RSR concept that it has a black lip kit kinda gives the all black wheels something to blend in with not just clash 100% like they do now. i want to see you finish the whole thing before passing judgement. the actual work you did looks pretty good. keep it up!

dude, there is no reason to be a dick. looking at the rest of your posts it seems you missed the big bold letters at the bottom of each page about being disrespectful

since you are so high and mighty, just what have you done to your car that makes you so much better than the rest of us common folk? as for the wheels, are you going to dog out performace nissan for doing the same thing with their wheels (and those are NISMOS)?

Thanks guys. In regards to the guys asking abou the other black parts (ie side skirts, front bumper, and rear), I am on the nismo V2 group buy but if you guys were following up the guy who was supposed to manufacture the kits jipped us. So I can either wait for the ABS gb to finish or I can lose out on my $100 deposit and buy it from somebody else.
I'm looking to buy all my body parts at the same time so I don't install one without the other. Hopefully I can get it done soon, this is taking forever.
