Default Leaking Volk Valve Stem and sqeeky suspension

My car has sat for about 6 months now. I came back and checked all the normal stuff and I found the valve stem to be leaking on my Volks. It looks like the little actuating pin which seats the valve is messed up. With the cap on the stem doesn't leak.

Should I replace it and risk some a$$ at Discount Tire messing up my rims or just wait until I have no other choice when I get new tires?

My second issue: The right rear area of my car sqeeks. I just had my tokico d-specs put on before I left for sea. It was doing it before I left for sea but now it is worse. Is it suspension related or could it be the axle/hubs? It makes the sound when going over bumbs at certain speeds. It also makes the sound when I get in and out of the car sometimes.

I read somewhere on here that there was a TSB out on that but as my car has over 75K miles on it, I don't think I am covered under warranty.(ha)

well for the valve stem leak.. you just need to tighten up the inner valve..
