Are these the correct size lug nuts for aftermarket wheel?

conical seat, 12 x 1.25

Yes and maybe no. The 12x1.25mm fits Nissan studs fine. Those nuts are 21mm, some wheels have smaller holes than stock and require 19mm nuts instead. It all depends on your wheels.

yep, you're right, I found them in 19mm. Thanks!
