nothing could be further from the truth...they make inexpensive wheels, that happen to be great quality, and are one of the largest aftermarket manufacturers out there.
They make more wheels than you realize (for lots of different companies)
Are they heavy? Some are....so are lots of wheels (even really expensive "JDM" ones. If you're looking for a set of stylish wheels that are not insanely priced, they are among the best out there, no ifs, ands or buts about it. If you're driving the car to and from work everyday, and not out doing a track day every weekend, they work just fine, and you'll never notice that they are "heavy"

AMEN!!!! I have 20" TSW Catalunya's and daily drive my Z all around NY....they are strong and more than suitable for daily driving...much cheaper to replace should you damage one....i have had many set's of rims including Volk's PIAA's etc...and for personal everyday use...could not be happier with TSW
Hey guys, can you post some pics of your 20" TSW rims on your Zs? I'm also looking at the 20" TSW rims (Thruxton or Mondello). Also, I'd like to know if your Z is dropped with the 20" rims and if there are any rubbing issues.
They have another new wheel out, the are called the Sakata 5. I'm liking the way they look, I wonder how they'd look on my Z.
I don't care about a little more weight, as long as they are reliable and look good I'm down... so they are reliable?
Here are some pics:
