Default Offsets vs. Ride Height

Trying to decide on proper offsets for my ride height...

I'm planning on getting 18x9.5 Front and Rear and would like to keep the offsets the same for flexible use in the future.

The wheels I'm getting are offered in +22 and +27 offsets.

I'm only mildly dropped on Hotchkis springs, and don't want to have to mess with any rubbing or fender rolling and don't want them to stickout of the wheel wells...sometimes when people say "flush" on here it looks like it's sticking out to me.

I'll probably run a 245/40F and 265/40R tire to start with but might get more aggressive in the future.

Which offsets should I get?

Thanks Z1, I know you have experience working with cars on Hotchkis springs...and yeah, as small as 5mm, I'm **** enough to notice a difference.

One more Q,

Would I be able to run a 265/35 tire on the front without rubbing on the +22 offsets?

thx

Yes. I have hotchkis springs, 18x9.5 +22 in the front with a 265/35 tire (18x10.5 +22 with 295/35 tires with minor fender rolling in the rear)...
