will a 285/35/19 tires rub on 1.2" lower rear no fender modification???

It depends on the offset of the wheel, and somehwhat on the brand of tire as different manufacturers make their sidewall shapes differently.

From what I have read, you will most likely need to modify the rear fenders to prevent rubbing with that setup.

Go with a 275. Honestly, I dont understand why people want to go with anything wider than a 275 rear with a 10.5 wheel. Unless your car is making some serious power, you dont need to go that wide and the car will actually drive better with 275's. The only time Id go with anything wider than a 275 is if I am making 300+WHP. Stick with 275's, trust me.
