Well, they won me over on my first order. Paid ground and it got here in two days. But with each progressive order they get slower and slower and now they havent even responded to my email.

I ordered tires last monday, and still havent gotten a shipping confirmation or a reply to my email. The site says ships in 24 hrs usually. It just seems that each time i order it takes longer, this is like my 5th order with them.


Anyone else order from them in the last week or so? How long did it take to ship out.

Its rather annoying cuz my tires are balding and i need to put the news on but theyre not here and most likely wont be for another week! BASTARDS! I should have ordered elsewhere and most likely will next time.

After the 3rd order I wouldnt have ordered from them....good luck to you.

 

Have you tried calling them yet? Usually thats a better way to get a fast response.

 

12 days! thats how long it took them to ship out. thats 12x what their site suggest is normal. I had to send them a nasty email to get a response and their response was just a tracking number, not even an apology or explanation. NEVER AGAIN!
