im pretty sure they are welded, You can still powdercoat them though, and its not a pain in the *** because whoever you are paying will be doing the work. Powdercoat them

Im pretty sure there not welded.... Fake bolts? 2 peice rim for one reason. Its 2 peices.

Hey if u wanna make it a project, while they're are defaced, get the barrel chromed. Never have to polish it again! They also sell 'chrome' powdercoat. The RBC coating from work is basically teh same thing.

Powerdercoating runs between $75-$100, depending on who is doing it. There was a vendor in the marketplace offering powdercoating.

Powder coating should cost no more than $300 set. I can do them for $250 if you pay shipping both ways. It's VERY hard to get the Volk sticker, as there's a lot of replica wheels out there and Rays is aware of this.

As for powder coating on a cold-forged wheel you want to make sure you are powder coating with a coater that knows what they are doing - strict temperature controls with cold forged is a must.
