I got it done. He cut it. Took him like 20 minutes. Next time ill offer him 50 lol. However, he did not **** it up, and he told me that I could get the cut sealed, but he doesnt usually do it , and for the last 9 years, no one has rusted.
What the hell do I use to seal it? lol.

use a paint touch up pen.
