If i dont get my fenders rolled soon..
Is it bad? I can hear a noise when i go on dips or if i take a turn hard. Im going to get it done, but is it bad to drive the car meanwhile?

The sound you're hearing is the sound of your tire's wall getting cut. I had the same problem with my Volks and I had lengths of it coming off.
I cut my fenders instead of rolling them. It gave me room to work with if I wanted to go wider.
So yeah.....GET IT TAKEN CARE OF!!!

I dont see how this is rubbing at all! This is with no one in the car and half tank of gas. The tire sits just 2-3mm outside of the fender (it sticks out a little)
I think it may be my exhaust resonators, but they're untouched and not scraped one bit.

You can deff tell the sound of when a tire is rubbing. If there are no visible marks on the tire then you can most likely eliminate that as being a problem(even if it is rubbing it would not be serious if there are no marks). Could be a blown strut, but that doesn't really make a "crunching noise" .
I dont know, its not bright enough outside. I didnt see visible marks, but the mechanic said he saw them and pointed at something, wasnt quite sure what. I dont think he could've ****ed up installing both rear struts. It looked quite straight forward.
Check for scuffs along the sidewall of the tire. Also, you can try driving half-way up your driveway so your springs compress and you can then check how close your tires are to touching the fenders.
I wish I could give you a more accurate description. This is what I can tell you:
I can fit 1.5 fat fingers in there (a little less than an inch) and the tire sticks out past the fender. That leads me to believe its rubbing. Other than that, i dont know what to look for. I guess I'll find otu toamrrow when I can examine the tire under the light.

Go do some skid pad circles with a friend to watch - preferably one with a dip or uneven pavement to compress the suspension further.

Okay so I took another picture. This ones a little big, but it shows black tire where there should be road grime. Im guessing that means its rubbing? (Thanks enjuku!)
