hey guys, i just got new rims and tires and the new ones dont have the tire pressure sensors in them. does it affect anything other than reading my tire pressure? does it use that sensor for anything involved with abs, vdc, ect?

 

i dont have the TPS in my rims and my 'tire pressure' light came on after a while. then it went away. when i flip through all my settings like speedo,temp etc. the tire pressure just reads --. shouldnt be a biggie.

 

only senses tire pressure, many people don't have them
