Default How to clean the dullnes off of a wheel

I have the SF Challenges, but there seems to be a film of some sort, surrounding some parts of the lip. I tried using Mothers, but it didnt help at all. Is there another product, I can try, to remove it. Thanx for the help!

We have had great success with a product not many have heard of. The Original Brooklyn Ball Buster is used on all of our show cars before Press events. IT is non-abrasive and even removed 3+ years of track grime off of one of our STi racecars. I am not 100% positive if there is a vendor in your area but if you can find it you will not be disappointed. I was looking for a picture showing one of our rims half polished and half left alone. The difference was simply amazing.
