Default Spacers for Rays wheels

Keep searching but all i come up with it people doing 20/25mm spacers on stock rims. I have a 03 track edition with the rays wheels, the rims in my opinion still need wheel spacers, although they do stick out further then stock non Rays wheels. Anyone have any recomendations on what thickness of a spacer i need for stock Rays wheels?

Also, anyone using or have experiance with eibach wheel spacers?

Thanks in advance for the help.

I use the H&R Trak+ hubcentric spacers -- 20mm in front & 25mm in rear. My '06 stock rims are the same size as the Rays track rims (18x8 in front & 18x8.5 in rear), so it should fit without any problems with spacers. I have a set of Rays track rims with Toyo RA-1s that I will be using for auto-x & the track. Here's what my Z looks like with the spacers, with the rims/tires perfectly flushed with the fenders (I have ~1" drop with Espelir Active GT springs):

yeah, but what about the offset between the two? I have been trying to figure out the OP question for years and still haven't figured it out. Also depends on the size tire in the back you use. I run a 265/40/18 setup in the back with the track wheels. Any help on this is appreciated.

Touring 18":
F-30 mm
R-30 mm

Track 18":
F-30 mm
R-33 mm

There is no difference in offset of the front Touring and Track wheels.
And the offset difference in the rear Touring and Track is only 3 mm.
So whatever works for the Touring wheels also work for the Track wheels.

The offset may be the same , but because of the width they already stick farther out. Two wheels of different widths with the same offset will fit completely different.

Different widths? The front wheels are the same size. The rear Track wheels are only a half inch wider.

^^ yup, so 8.5inch rim will stick out 1/4 inch more than 8", .25inch = ~6mm, 6mm - 3mm(differnce in wheel offset) = 3mm, 3mm more aggressive offset isn't much of a difference

hmm, my concern was also with the offsets of the wheels and not just the size. Both play a role in how far the wheel will stick out. so anyone running the rays wheels with any spacers?

I may just get 20/25 and see how this turns out and let everyone know. My car is not lowered at all and dont plan on lowering it so im hoping for it all to look ok.

Anyone using eibach spacers and have anything good to say about them?

Here's some pics of my '03 with factory track wheels.

15mm H&R spacers in the front, 20mm H&R spacers in the rear. All with Eibach pro kit springs. Note that I also have 265/40/18 tires in the back. Wider tires really helped filling it out. But it destroyed my handling.

Thx for posting pix... I've wanted to see some.

Any side views?

Also, how/why did the 265s ruin the handling?

(I have a set of Track Rims sitting in the garage. Trying to decide whether to use them w/ spacers, or sell them and get some aftermarket rims.)

Use them with spacers and 265/45/18. I used to go with a 265/40/18 in the back and the car lost traction a lot and looked funny. 265/45/18 is the way to go. I use 20mm H&R spacers in back because they replace stock lugs. 25mm will use both sets and gain unnecessary unsprung weight.

In terms of handling, I disagree with the fellow member here. My handling is great and the limits of the car are higher than stock. My front tire is a Pzero Rosso 255/45/18 which is obviously a great tire and sticks like glue, specially braking.
