Default Wanting to add these wheels to a 2005 Black 350z

Actually they come in a package from Discounttiredirect.com... Good company, I've bought a few sets from them in the past for my eclipse.

Package includes:
(4) 235/50ZR-17 96W B Falken Ziex ZE-512 tires with
(4) 17X7 5-100/114 40GBM MB Wheels Drifter wheels.

I'd rather not spend over 1000 if possible, anyone have any thoughts about this? Better yet, anyone have these on their car or photoshopped? I did some research and had a hell of a time finding any Z's wrapped with these. Thanks in advance.

most z owners wont put a 17 inch rim on their car, and not one that is the same width on all 4 corners. look for somthing in am 18 with an 8.5 width up front and a 9.5 width our back, look into some rotas for that price but even those cost more than a 1000. you might want to save up some more money and get somthing better than what you have picked out. its not a bad looking wheel just not good for a z.

I would highly recommend that you not get those rims. They are heavier than stock, and will cause your brakes to wear more, your braking distance will increase, and your acceleration will not be as good.
Do you even have any idea what offset you are looking for? If you can't immediately answer that question you should stop what you are doing and start doing research.

trust me dude ... when it comes to your wheels, do it right the first time, i learned the hard way. you will find yourself to be really unhappy with these after a while and you'll want to upgrade to name brand rims like volks or works, and you'll see that you have to spend more money and that 1000 or so you lost on these will be gone and you wont have it in your pocket anymore. 17s dont look too good on a Z, if you're going to go track, go 18s. if you just want to go for show, go 19s, but either way save your money for something better. good luck!

Question

Do you like the wheels?
Is the weigh appropriate for your driving needs?
Is the tire set-up functional with VDC?

If yes to the above, go for it. Its your car.
