Default Decided on Sevas wheels, how to lower?

Those are the wheels i decided to get, i love the look, and the price is right. Ive got a PPW so ill prolly have them painted either gunmetal or gold.

what do you guys think of the wheels??

my question is whats the best way to get the car lowered. I dont want to spend a fortune on a crazy setup for performance, i just want to give the car a little drop to fill in the gap between the wheels and the fender. Ive seen many of you guys throw on aftermarket wheels, but leave the car at stock height and it looks pretty bad. So what do i do about height? new springs? im looking to spend about 3k for evertyhing(wheels/tires + lowering the car).

Im buying the wheels from wheelsdirectonline.com, has anyone dealt with them before? it turns out they are located here in Miami so i was able to stop by the shop and walk around the showroom, i was very impressed! lots of Z's/G's parked outside so i know they will be familiar with my car.

I think the cheapest way to drop that car with the new wheels is to go with something like Hotchkis springs. Anything too low you will have to start buying alignment correction kits to move your alignment back into spec. Of course anything shorter than 1.0" you won't get that slammed look.

Yes. Shorter springs will do it.

Whats up Man. I got a set of Sevas S22. Didnt get them from Wheelsdirectonline.com, got them from a competitor who just gave me a good price and dealt with my annoying 1000 questions automotive mods. There a Vendor here. Anyhow the wheels are nice I love them. You cant beat it for the price. Customer Service cant say enough good things.

The gap between the fender and the wheels isnt much at all. the front has no gap whats so ever but the rear does. I bought eibach Pro Kits. I havent installed them yet but will be this weekend. Here are pics of my car as of now.

Not digging on the red wheels. Someone did that combo a while back on a redline as well.

Here is my 2006 Z on Hotchkis springs with 275/35/19 rear and 245/35/19 front, so that you can get an idea of the remaining wheel gap using these springs.

I would say I have about 1.5-2 'skinny' fingers between the top of the tire and the fender. Springs cost around $200, install cost $250, alignment (back into factory spec limits) was $80. All in all cheaper than coilovers by far.
