Default Nismo vs Track wheels

I have a 2003 Touring and I am looking to replace the stock 18's with Nismo or the track wheels. I have read that with vdc, you must change something on the suspension in order for the Nismo wheels to work. Is this true, and does it also apply to the track wheels? Thanks!

VDC and TCS on my '03 G35 Coupe. Nismos are now on their second set of tires. No issues whatsoever.

You may be thinking about the "idiot bolt" to keep mechanics from rotating your tires.

No problem with the Nismos and VDC. I have had mine for a couple of years now. I think that originally was Nissan's position when the Nismos came out because they had not tested the Nismos with a car that had VDC for some reason.

In my opinion the Nismos are better than the Track wheels. I like you have an 03 Touring with VDC. At one point I had 03 Track wheels on my car. Then I switched to the Nismos. After the switch I realized I should have gone with the Nismos all along. I don't think you can't beat the overall looks and performance of the Nismos. They look good, are light and very strong.
