because my axis are pretty heavy

I like the "show" of some of the wheels with lips but, at 16lbs each, I can't resist "go."

Adam at Z1 Performance is very helpful, great prices, and was the only one that had my rims in stock.

you guys are funny. What does it matter if you have super light weight rims if your fat azz weights over 200lbs?
Some guy was saying "no serious racer buys these type of wheels" (refering to big lip wheels)......all i have to say to you is...you better be under 150lbs if you're worried about the "extra wheels weight on your z"
Just be happy to have a Z with some nice rims, big lip or concave rims.

what you are saying is partially true, except there is a huge difference between unsprung and sprung weight. That extra 50 lbs you are carrying means almost nothing, but an extra 1lb or two per corner means a lot

rock lip or no lip, it doesn't matter

just make sure your car is SLAMMMED and your wheels are wide with low offsets..otherwise FAIL--regardless of lip or no lip
