I've been running 35psi cold and the tires have been wearing in the middle. Does anyone know what a good psi range would be? I'm thinking between 28-32, cold.
Also, my TPMS read consistantly 3 psi low, and the light keeps coming on. (because I lowered the pressure in the back tires.) Is there a way to disable the annoying beep it makes when I turn on the car?

35psi is recommended so that's the range you should be in unless you're running some totally different tires.
The alarm goes off at 28psi. If you are using a lot lower than 35psi, on a cold morning the pressure might drop below 28 and the alarm will go off.
No, the sensors or the TPMS system can't be recalibrated.

I'm running about 25 psi in the rear to help balance out tread wear, but I'm getting new tires this week (toyo T1Rs)...

Something's seriously wrong if you're wearing the middle of the tire only and are running 25psi. Normally, you'd expect the inside edge to wear first, at least that's what I've seen with a couple of other Zs. Get a good dial type gauge ($30). Cheap gauges are notorious for being in-accurate.
I ran the stock Potenzas at 35 psi for 2½ years and the rears wore almost perfectly. I was down to the wear bars all the way across.
You might want to consider having the car checked by a good alignment shop.

The inside and outside are similarly worn, so I don't think its the alignment.
The majority of the wear occurred with the tires inflated to 35 psi (I think)... I went down to 25 psi to balance the wear...
