I think the rears are .5" wider

The 2003-2005 "touring" wheels are 18" x 8". Starting in 2006, the rears were upgraded to 8½" wide.

My 2004 had 8.5 rear touring and 8 fronts.

You sure about that? The only 8½" wheels before 2006 were the track model. Don't confuse wider tires in the rear for having wider wheels.
You sure they're touring wheels? Did you buy your Touring model new or used? AT or MT?
