Default 19" GT7s.. 8.5 ET23 Fronts.. 9.5 ET24 Rears ?????

Wanting to know what you guys think about this set-up that I have a chance to grab today. These are the exact specs I just had forwarded to me;

"Fronts 19x8.5 +23 high pad

Rears 19x9.5 +24 low pad"

Along the line of offsets and "high pad , low pad" does anyone have some pics of descriptions on what how this will look and fit? Since no one here has the GT7 (or at least posted and said they did) I haven't been able to find much info on them to get a good idea on how the above details will fit and look when they arrive?

Man, that's wierd you posted asking about gunmetal te-37's and gt-7's. I have both of those sets already ordered and being shipped to me. I gonna have to sell one of em.

The gt-7's will sit just like those te-37 pics you posted, only the front will be in 1 mm and rear will be in 2 mm. Not enough to be noticed. The fronts have close to a 2.5 in lip and the rears have over a 3.5 in polished lip on the gt-7. I don't know about the high pad and low pad.

LOL..yah that is the two that Im tossing the coin between. I think Im going to end up with the GT-7s simply b/c no one has them yet, and the 19s will be the 1st.

Hey, any idea on who has the best pricing on some 245/35 and 275/35 for them? I havent been able to find many at all in the 275

I wish I could keep them both - te-37 for that nasty race look and gt-7 for something a bit more flashy, but my gf is pissed, and I can't really afford to keep a spare set. I'll probably keep the TE's, I think the gt-7 may be too bling for me, but I'll wait till they both get here to decide.

Oh, streetsports got some toyo's in today.

Street Sports is definately the place for the Toyo's. Shawn gave me a great deal on them. And I had them a week later.

keep the gt-7s. Everyone and their mom has the te37s. They should look pretty good on your Z.

that statement is relative, I live in Orange County (many many nice cars here) and I have YET to see a Z with TE37s, so, ya, maybe 15 guys on this site have them, but chances of you running into someone on the street with them on a daily basis, isn;t very high.

Thats a good point, its tough remembering that this board doesnt represent the majority of the Z population. Im in OC too and to be honest I havent seen any in person either. Maybe I want him to get the Gt-7s for selfish reasons, I really wanna see what they look like on the Z! I think we have seen just about every color combination on the Zs with the TE-37s. Either way he goes, it will look sweet.

I live in arkansas and I still get people asking me "what kind of car is that" or the hicks saying, "that's some kind of space car you got there"

I had a set some Bronze TE37's on my TEG and I loved them..before my car got stolen......Not flashy or overdone...just clean and simple...and FORGED....unlike my SSR's which gave way to a pothole!....15lbs in 17" form and 16-17lbs in 18" form.....gotta love that....My choice Anthrocite TE37's 18" mated with the TOYO T1-S the lightest tires out! on my Anthrocite 350Z.......the 350Z is not a show car fellas...but a pure car lovers car....designed with the enthusiast in mind....uphold that tradition!....PERFORMANCE OVER FORM anyday!

I saw both silver and gunmetal 19" GT-7's in person on Monday.
They both look really nice. I like lighter colors personally and I thought those GT-7's in Silver were sweet.

I'm still sticking to GT-C's though. I think the only reason
I'm hesitant of GT-C's is cuz of this site seeing them so often.
But in reality, hardly anyone in the USA got any of these wheels
on so I aint worried about overflows on GT-C's or even GT-7's on the street even if I ran into another Volk'ed Z one day.
