Either way my point was that clearcoated lips SUCK. There's no paint like layer that can peel off of the volk's lips so they are MUCH better than the ADRs in theory and in practice.

I've also owned a set of adr's in a previous car, bent 3/4 wheels, clear coat chipping, etc. I'll never buy a set again.

oh they are deep dish.. the chrome lip is fine.. its the black paint inside thats chipping and peeling

I phrased my statement weird I guess. I was saying as far as deep dish rims go. I'm suprised that the clearcoat on the spokes is chipping though.

cheap POS is why.. i ordered some 19" Work VS-XX ... not sure if i am going to powder coat these and try to resell them

I just sold my ADRs "as is" on ebay with lots of pictures of the damage and someone picked them up for $450.

Default Adr Wheels ..

I Have a Nice Set of Deep Dish ADR's RSL's on my Rx7 coupe, and they are Great !! , But Tried them on my Silver "Z" and didn't look so hot at all ..But you can't beat the price if they float your boat ..

I had som ADR's on my civic, they didn't look to bad but i didn't wanna spend too much on the car at the time.
