So i'm ordering black 19" volk gts' this week and i'm not sure if I should go with Diamond Black or Matte Black. The matte black ones look reallyy good, but i just think diamond black would probably go better with my superblack roadster. I'm in a huge dilemma and need some help, what do you guys think?

super black on ANY GT-S ... you can't really go wrong there =D

 

not a big fan of matte black of any kind. might as well go gunmetal in that case. gloss or diamond black ftw

 

I prefer matte black, but it depends on the car and mods. For some reason, I find that glossy black looks cheap at times. At other times, it looks really good though.

Is there a difference between diamond black and glossy black?

 

yeah, its less a bit less shinny then gloss black and it has diamond flakes in the paint. i do agree that glossy black looks cheap at times but matte black looks like gunmetal with layer of brake dust covering them.

 

Gunmetal. I think the gunmetal makes the detail of the wheel stand out more. During the day under regular sunlight it's a dead match to my SS. The color seems to get darker was the sun goes down.

 

hmmm...I really should have made a poll for this. I'm leaning towards the diamond black, if my car was like SS or DB i would have gone for matte black for sure, but i just think the diamond black would go good with superblack.

^^ that definitely looks sexy. imo, matte black would have looked even better, but really it all depends on your personal taste. Daytona blue with smoked tails and matte black volks would look sickkk.

 

Matted Black.. not alot of people have it...

 

I like the matte, but I think for a SB Z I would go with gloss.
