I was using some airtools at work and being a dumb*ss, i tried to rush myself at the very end and just used the air gun for my lugs without screwing them on first with my hand. I thought i stripped my studs so i bought new studs at nissan then finding out all i stripped was the stock lugs. I need another set of lugs and founds these on ebay. It has good reviews on this site as well. It says OE lugs and are shorter and fatter than the tuner lugs. Does anyone know if these with fit on stock rims with no problems whatsoever?

Those lugs will work, just make sure you got the correct pitch.
Though I am selling Trust (Greddy's parent company) Lugs here:

Super light weight. $55 shipped to mainland. PM me for details.

Notice that the seat (where the lug contacts the wheel) is all the same size, although the stock lug takes a 21 mm socket; while the Trust lug takes a 19mm, making the body thinner so you can use a thinner socket. Why a thinner socket? Because usually, aftermarket wheels have smaller diameter hole to fit the socket in.
In summary, yeah, you can use "tuner" lugs on a stock wheel.
