Default Did I order the right tires for my 04 touring?

Well it seems my front tires are feathered like carzy and my back ones are just on the wear bars but after searching these forums for a while i ordered slightly wider tires. Stock: 225/45 front 245/45 rear and these are on the 6 spoke 18". I went ahead on tire rack and ordered 245/45 front and 255/45 rear and i recieved a call from a tire rack rep asking if i knew if these were the correct size tires? All i need to know is if these tires will fit and not rub? I went a used many tire size calculators and they all say that the difference is under 2mph all the way around.

Could you of gone wider for the rears? 265's or 275's and still fit the wheel?

its only 10 mm wider in the rear. you shouldnt have any problems at all.

i have 245/35/18 front and 275/45/18 rear and they had no problem fitting.

you can, but nobody recommends stretching tires like that. plus the wear issues the OP is trying to relieve.

if your z is lowered then your problem isnt tires its probably alighnment. but you can put 245 on front and 285 on back easy with no fender roll. you need the right offset.
