Default Hubcentric rings for Volk SF Challenges

Hi all. I was just wondering which size rings I needed for 19" Volk SF Challenges and where I can find them at. Thanks a lot.

You shouldn't need any.

I thought all Volk wheels needed hub rings.

OP - the reason you're not getting much of a response is that none of us know what size we have. They came with the wheels, that have no markings on them and they fit - that's all we needed to know.

All Volks do need hub rings. My hub rings had a sticker indicating the size, I'll go home and see if I can't find what size they were. I think I wrote it down just in case I needed to get more. If not, my friend sells volks and I can get the ring size from him.

Here ya go:

66.1mm(inner diameter) to 73.1mm(outer diameter)

weird. ive had te37, le37, 2 sf challenges, and non of them needed hubcentric. im guessing its better to have them but y not slap the wheels and and see if you need it or not first?

You are taking a gamble. It's possible to not use the rings and get the rim centered perfectly on the hub, but just doing the standard star procedure when bolting them on wont necessarily center it on the hub. It's possible to put too much strain on a stud without using hub rings and snap a stud, for that reason alone I would highly advise it. It takes 2 seconds extra to throw the ring on and know the wheel is centered properly.

iknowitsfast, besides the potential for more strain on the stud, you may feel vibration coming from the wheel from it being off balance.
