looks alot better. If they are dry, one thing you can do to rememdy that orange peel effect is this.
go to advance and pick up some 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper and rubbing compound.
spray the wheels with a garden hose.
sand the **** out of those things but be careful not to run into the base coat. Sand clearcoat only. Make sure what you sand is wet, if not, wet it some more. One way to tell that you are sanding clearcoat...you should have a milky white residue that comes off. If it starts to get coloration to it, you are eating the basecoat.
Take a rag and some of the rubbing compound and rub that crap untill your hand is about to fall off.
