More rubber, wont look as stretched. I was told the 245's tend to catch road grooves more. It was literally $20 more so i got 255's.

Michelin PS2s
Toyo T 1 Rs
Goodyear F1 GSD3s
I ended up with the T 1Rs. They have good ride and are quiet. I've got 15,000 miles on them with about 10,000 left. Biggest complaint with the Toyos on here is that they have a soft sidewall in hard cornering. I've never noticed it myself but I don't push the limits of adhesion.
When I did my homework, it was clear to me the F 1s were best but they did not come in 18" OEM size.

more traction, beefer look. On a 10.5 wheels 285's look normal actualy. Not sure what sizes they are availabe in. You can go up to 315 if you want depending on what suspesion your running. Nothing wrong with the Goodyear's, they are a good tire.

F1s are good choice. Can't help ya on width. Not being a car guy, I stuck with OEM sizes.
