Has anyone ever seen this done or have it done?

On the side of the bar, or spoke of the rim, the rim is painted the same color as the car.

I've seen this done on a few cars like Lambos and Ferrari's. A great example is on MTV's cribs cars edition.... Busta Rhymes Diablo had mint green color inside the rims to match his car.

Cool idea or no?

Would any photo shopper like to try this in DB?

momo makes some wheels similar to what u are talking about... i think they are called "Tuner"

I actually like them but would like to see them in person before i buy.

 

Axis has the Evo, but this may be the opposite of what you are looking for...

That was big in the late 80's early 90's. I saw a new VW bug at the gas station with that yesterday. Red car, red inside the spokes. They were even factory wheels. I'm not a fan anymore, but its you car.

 

I never said I would do it on my car, and would rather leave mine bone stock. But I guess it's coming back since a lot of rap stars have it and sing about it in their songs..... Must be an expensive car thing.
