Question +22 offset....Vendors and experts quick question!

What size tires wont look to stretched on these??

Wat about Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 in 255/35/19 front and 275/35/19 in the rear on 19x9.5 in the front and 19x10.5 in the rear with +22 offset on all 4 rims..

Or would the BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2in the same size's be better?

Would this be a good setup for a non tracked non racing daily driver??

+22 you should be able to get away with 255/35/19 front and 285/35/19 rears. 275/35/19s will look a tad bit stretched on a 10.5 wheel vs. squarely flush with 285s. The fitment will be close if you are dropped but you shouldn't have to roll your rears with +22.

I am not dropped so everything should fit just fine right? It doesnt look like they offer the two brands of tires I want in the 285 size so I guess I am stuck with 275

What are better the Eagle F1's or the KDW's?

KDWs have 285/35/19s

between the two I like the F1s better. IF you are going to spend that kind of $$ look into theYokohama ADVANs and the Bridgestone RE050s

Well I need to get my order in first thing this morning so I dont have to much time to do research Is what you consider a "tad bit" stretched something that will even be noticable?

I wanted to stick with the KDW's and F1's because they just stuck out in my head with always having great reviews

I can visually tell right off between 275s vs. 285s on a 10.5" wheel, but not everybody can, will, or care to. I'm just a bit **** when it comes to fitment.

Look through this thread:

https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-tires/191799-volk-gt-s-thread-9.html

It's a long one but there are lots of examples of both.

Also bear in mind that tires from different brands will not be the same dimensions, even if they should be.

A 285 from brand A can actually be narrower than a 275 from another brand. Same thing with regards to height.

+1 Right on

If you are gonna run a 275 though, run the KDW as they seem a little wider compared to other tires. I run 285/35 KDW on 10.5" +22 and its a sick stance. Even at stock height you will rub if you take turns hard. For $100 or less you can have your rear fenders rolled no issues...

EDIT-here are some pics

Oops, sorry I fixed it. I meant you will rub. Paying $100 to roll the fenders is well worth the look IMO.

wow really? this is the first ive heard of rubbing while staying stock...who usually does the rolling of fenders? Should I get this done before I put the rims on? And also, is there a certain amount they need to roll it?

Any reputable body shop. Dont let people tell you it wont rub with that size/offset at stock height, it will I had a friend I rolled the fenders for who rubbed on hard bumps or hard turns.

blah that sucks! i cant beleive no one had mentioned this yet...the problem is, there really isnt any reputable places around here...do the tires have to be taken off to do this? do I need to get it done before putting the rims on the car?

jeez...it's not a pain at all, you just have to be willing to spend, maybe, 15 minutes on the tire manufacturers websites to find the answers. It's alot easier than having everyone spoon feed you the same answers to questions you've asked or have been answered here 100 times

not being disrepectful so please don't take it at that, but with 2500 posts here, you really should know that these same questions have been asked many many times before

perhaps next time, rather than automatically going with the bargain basement price quote you might get from some vendors, you would be better served by going with a vendor who can answer these questions for you, correctly, BEFORE you order - that's part of a what a good vendor, should/would/could do, and part of what should come with the purchase of the wheels IMHO
