Default wheel offset question

will an 18" wheel offset of 55 front and 60 rear fit on a 2004 350z?
the width is 8 in the front and 9.5 in rear

Even if they fit (which I highly doubt) they would look rediculously sunken in. It would look like you weren't driving on any wheels. Offsets should be less than 30 mm to look half way decent.

I've got to agree with Dutchboy on this. Stock offsets are approx +33, going to +55 and +60 would push the wheels another inch inward. Normally, you're looking for a lower offset to give you a more agressive stance.

I'm guessing you have some wheels that are not designed for the Z but would like to try them out, right?

LOL!!!!!! this has got to be a joke hahahhaha

they would be sunken enough to fit double stack tires like 18wheeler trucks lol! I think that might be so posi on offset that it might hit your suspension inside haha

IMO of course, no intention of making fun of the OP

Make sure you spin each wheel when you mount them to see that they clear the brakes. Turn the fronts wheels from stop to stop to make sure they're no binding on any of the suspension or body.

+1 And op make sure you slap yourself upside the head after you're done for trying to make a wrong application work for a RWD car.

Use a offset calculator to compare your current wheels to the new wheels. With the new dimensions, check the car with a tape. Do you clear the suspension, brakes calipers and fenders? Reference: http://www.1010tires.com/WheelOffsetCalculator.asp
