I have these spots on the lips of my rims that I can not get out. they look like water spots but they will not even buff out with polish. Any ideas as to what they are and what can get them out. I am at work right now so sorry no pictures. I will try and update later. I have Ruff Racing 278 wheels in the hyper black. Thanks for your help.
