Got the new Rota Torques from Subydude.
Only thing is they are 18 9.5 +28 all the way around. This threw my game completely off, because I had what size tires I was going to get when I thought I was getting a staggered set. He ran out of the staggered but told me I shouldn't have any problems runnning the same width all the way around. Except now Im not sure what tires to get.
Hmmm so could anyone recommend what size tires to run with if I have 18 9.5's +28 all the way around?
I read the http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/pr...t_2/index.html article and had thought of going 275/40 all the way around also. But now Im not so sure. I want Potenza RE050A PP's. Im considering going 255/40 f's, and 285/30 r's. This is with Tanabe GF210's for the drop. Anyone have any input on if this will work? Would 285/35 work better for the rears?

That would fit fine without looking too stretched. Maybe consider 265/35 and 295/35 if 295 is recommended for a 9.5" wheel.

I am planning on buying rotas soon, been doing a lot of research on
what tires to buy, i have a grand touring 350z now, it has 10 inch rims in
rear and i am running 275's now with perfect sidewall fit-goes straight up
from edge of rim with no outward bulge or hang over-so anybody who is
going to buy larger than that and put on a smaller rim is asking for some
bulge. if you are just daily driving it is no big deal, but if you are a weekend
warrior like me who does autocross and road racing often you don't want a
lot of sidewall flex or tire rollover, i think i agree with a 255/40 or 265/35
in front at the most

Yeah, I thought of that 2fast. I agree, but the PP's are made with a really stiff sidewall to help prevent roll. One of the (many) reasons I chose them over other brands. But I will certainly keep that in mind, thanks for the suggestion.
