Default Wheel spacers and offset question

My new front wheels are 19x8.5 +22mm and I'm thinking of getting some 5 or 10mm hubcentric spacers to push them out more. Will the 5 or 10 make it look more like a 19.9.5 +22mm wheel? BTW my rears are 19x10.5+22mm and I'm not planning on getting spacers for them.

I did search but wasn't able to find an answer.

You will need 13mm to equal a 9.5 +22.

I guess I'll have to go with the 10mm spacer then. Thanks for your help!
