Default Ray's super lightweight nismo wheels

If this is in the wrong forum, well, I guess you'll move it.

Looking to see what a replacement wheel will cost for the 07 Nismo edition Z. Got a bit of a scratch on one...

Looking for a new one? Call a dealer for a price.

Looking for a used one? Look in the MarketPlace->Private Classifieds->Wheels & tires forum.

1) Open Yellow Pages.
2) Find local dealer
3) Ask dealer for part number
4) Go online to one of the several hundred OEM parts suppliers.
5) Look up price

$1600 a wheel??? Wow, that's pretty outrageous. I was figuring between 500 and 700 a wheel, which still isn't really cheap.

Yeah, I was going to call and ask the dealer, but I figured maybe someone knew or had a ball park figure.

My wheel is fine...the damage is cosmetic and I'll have it checked/balanced just to make sure.

have you considred a wheel repair guy refinishing it. the problem with that would be matching the gunmetal

see those GT wheels that are similar to ours go for maybe 1800 used for all 4 but the problem is with the limited # of these nismo cars and the fact that most people will leave them as is there arnt gonna be many sets floating around.
I'm sure it can be refinished, but yeah color matching may be a prob. The scratch is right on the lip, so even if it wasn't exactly matched I don't think you'd be able to notice without staring at it.

I'll see if I can find some one around here (Northern VA) that's good at refinishing.

post a pic of the damamge. wheel repair shops can even fix broken rims man so i would take it in for an estimate and see how much it will cost you to do cosmetic repair on it.

Front or back wheel?? I priced a front wheel for my car at the dealership For my GT and they wanted $750. I'd expect for the Nismo version you may pay a bit more. 'Course if its for the rear its gonna be more as well.

good luck and keep us posted
agreed i just got the GT wheels and there werent cheap. There very rare the fact that there rays and forged means resale and its rarity is gonna be upthere. BUt there awesome probaly the sickest stock wheel setup ever on a Z. Not the lightest but thats because there 19s in the back now but hell even with the stock re50s there awesome. WIth some more advanced rubber maybey go 275 in the back its really a treat. Im contemplating going 275 in the back though.

MC i have the GT wheels..question 07s dont have tps in the guage anymore but since i put these on my tps have been going nuts not reading them and im certain that these have them..Unless they dont because they seem to be straying away from that feature in the 07s ..i have a 06.
