Hi,
I just bought a set of Falken FK-452 for my coupe. All I can say is "Wow!"
The Falkens are soooooo much quieter than the Michelin PS they replaced.

http://edgeracing.com/ seems to have great prices. A local tire shop matched their price.

I have been running my Toyo Proxes4 all seasons for about 25k miles now trough 1.5 summers and 1 winter here in NJ (2 snow falls, and several flurry falls) and they haven't let me down once. For all seasons I think they handle pretty darn good in dry, they hold their own in wet, and if you take it easy in snow they will get you where you need to go.

I bought the Falken 452 for my G coupe and was very surprised with overall performance and quietness. Shockingly good for a tire that was $150 on average. Also bought them at Edge Racing.

well tirerack released there review of the new Goodyears

look at lap times, cornering gforce, etc. Goodyear #1

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tests/...ay.jsp?ttid=87

the number 1 tire was the pirelli A/S but they suck in the rain compared, and they didnt have the best performance as far as lap time. They did say the goodyears wear quicker tho. I would think they still would last longer than HIGH performance summer tires

(Disclaimer- I am not a performance car guru. I don’t know how these tires will react to taking a hairpin corner at 45 mph…ECT.)

I recently purchase these. I have about 3000 miles on them. For normal everyday driving they are great. They don’t seem any louder than the cheap 16 inch Kumhos on my daily driver. The only time I really push my car is coming out of a tollbooth or entering the freeway. They feel stable when I need to hit a gap, trying to get around a slow moving vehicle on the interstate highways. They ride better than the stock 17's I had before. I recently had to travel 50 miles in hard rain on some back roads. Had my wipers at maximum speed. I was able to drive 50 mph with no problem. I hit a few water puddles and never felt out of control.

I have probably the cheapest tires on this thread...but here goes, Kumhos ASX all season tires. Good in the rain, not noisey, but lack of grip when you toss the car in the twisties. I have about 5000 miles on them and they are still in good shape, especially the way I drive. Just my 2 cents
