gold looks super nice on blue, my only suggestion would be to paint your doorhandles blue....i feel that when you have gold or bronze rims with the silver handles it clashes, but tahts jus my humble opinion

Thanks guys, I think I will go for it

If I don't like it, I can always repaint the spokes another color....

I am still undecided on what color.
I was talking to the owner of the 240SX that was on the cover of this month Import Tuner and he has the bronze GT-7.

First good shot I have seen of them, as we haven't had an customer order the bronze yet.

I had a photochop done with them on a Daytona blue, and I am not sure....

I like the GT-7 very much for the z. I like that they are a two piece, and can have 2 different colors, (polished and color).
So I would like to take advantage of this, and do something special. Being I can't decide on which would look best, I came up with this idea, tell me what you guys think.

Getting the Mercury silver, which probably matches the wheel lip the best, and refinishing the spokes with some blue pearl in some clear coat.
For those of you unfamiliar, this is just a hint of blue, not painting them a solid blue. This way when you look from one angle, it would be silver, from another a hint of blue. Blue being the same as the Daytona blue of coarse.
What do you think ?

No matter what I deceide, or whatever I try out with the painting, it can always be repainted back to what looks best. So that is a good thing

Scott, the cars owner, said no way are they gold, after seeing the picture of the gold above. He said they are much lighter
When you see the cover of the magazine, you will see what I mean.

Here is the only other shot I have of the bronze used on the GT-7's

silver          mercur y silver        gunmetal &nbs p;      bronze

I've seen that magazine, theyre gold...if he said that the wheels are lighter, theres no way they could be bronze because bronze is darker than gold. The top pic you have of the gt7's is just a dark lookin pic, but hes confused if he thinks that bronze is lighter than gold..heres a pic of a gold volk rim, and a pic of a bronze volk rim...notice how much darker the bronze is than hte gold.

It could be, that the color on this rims is the "Noble Gold" that I'll been seeing in other web sites. This name sounds like a lighter finish in the gold, kind it like the 240SX had.
